1) GUARDING HAND

2) YEE GEE KIM YEUNG MA
   
3) Double GAN SAU

4) Double TAN SAU

5) Left SUN Fist punch

6) Right SUN Fist punch

7) Left TAN SAU

8) Left WU SAU

9) Left FUK SAU. Repeat 7-9 twice then left PAK SAU, forward
palm strike, TAN SAU, HUEN SAU then withdraw.

10) Right TAN SAU

11) Right WU SAU

12) Right FUK SAU Repeat 10-12 twice then right PAK SAU, forward
palm strike, TAN SAU, HUEN SAU then withdraw.

13) Left side palm
